The method

Three steps. No guesswork.

/ 01

Track

Log every set the moment it happens. FORGE reads your bar speed, volume, and rest.

/ 02

Lift

Your program adapts after every session — add weight when you're ready, back off when you're not.

/ 03

Recover

Recovery is training. FORGE plans your rest days and sleep targets so you come back stronger.

02

Everything but the rep

Train smarter, not just harder.

Programs that adapt

Your next session is built from your last one — auto-progression, deloads included.

Bar-speed analytics

Velocity-based training without the hardware. Know if a rep was fast or a grind.

Rest timer built in

Optimal rest between sets, tracked so you don't rush (or stall) the gain.

PR radar

FORGE spots when you're ready to PR and sets the target before you even warm up.

Leaderboards

Compete with your gym, your friends, or your past self on every lift.

Coach & community

Share your program, get form feedback, and never train alone.

Slow down the lift

One rep, one frame at a time.

From the rack of Darius Cole

Consistency beats intensity.

Everyone chases the perfect program. The truth is, the best program is the one you actually do — three times a week, for years.

We built FORGE for that. Not for the one perfect session, but for the thousand unremarkable ones that add up to something you can't fake.

Show up. Log the set. Add a little weight. That's the whole secret.

People who stopped guessing.

"It added 40 pounds to my deadlift by telling me when to back off. I'd never have done that on my own."

★★★★★

"The bar-speed readout changed how I train. I finally know what a 'fast' rep feels like."

★★★★★

"I don't think about programming anymore. I show up, it tells me the weight, I lift."

Questions, answered.

How does FORGE track bar speed?+
Through your phone's camera — no hardware. It measures each rep's velocity and tells you if it was fast or a grind.
Will it write my program for me?+
Yes. It adapts after every session — adding weight, adding volume, or scheduling a deload when you need it.
What if I train at home?+
FORGE works with dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight. Pick your equipment, it builds around it.
Is it free?+
Yes — everything is free during beta, and lift tracking plus programs stay free after launch.
Do you sell my data?+
No. Your training log is yours. We never sell it or show ads.
Can I export my history?+
Yes — pull your whole training log as a CSV or a shareable PR sheet.
