Camera won't read the bar
More light, prop the phone so the whole bar path is in frame, and wear a color that contrasts with the bar.
Sync not working
Force-quit and reopen. Forge syncs on Wi-Fi by default — check your connection.
Export
Settings → Export. Your full training history downloads as CSV.
